Colour Squared’s Online Store Returns Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the Colour Squared's Online Store. Your placement of an order on our site constitutes your agreement with these policies.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Big Paint Chips are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were damaged or blemished in transit by the shipping company.  Photos of the damaged product will be required and Colour Squared must be contacted within 15 days in order for a return decision to be made.

Online Purchase Shipped Direct
If your shipment was damaged and you wish to return or exchange it, you must first send an email to info@coloursquared.com, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

If an RMA is issued, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original transaction.
